Member's Agreement
General
By completing the membership registration process, you expressly agree to be bound
by the terms and conditions below, the Learner Driver
Conditions of Use, the Learner Driver Privacy Policy,
and any other terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers displayed elsewhere on
the Learner Driver web site .
If you object to these terms and conditions or any subsequent modifications to them,
or become dissatisfied with your membership of the Learner Driver web site in any
way, your only remedy is to immediately:
a) discontinue your use of the Learner Driver web site ; and
b) terminate your membership by notifying Learner Driver in writing -

Membership Information

Username and Password

In such event:

by these terms & conditions; and
- all licenses granted by you and all disclaimers by Learner Driver and limitations
